Educating today's youth for tomorrow's future.
Even the smallest of goals may seem out of reach for our young men and women. We are dedicated to helping make those obtainable.

Let's face it - Not all of us are destined for college.

But some of us have unqiue skills and abilities to pursue a craft or trade to build a prosperous, fulfilling life.

We all have a dream to become better - to be better to ourselves and to our crafts. Many of these crafts are what this great nation is built on, where our God given talents are used to succeed.

Learning and improving upon these skills and crafts can lead to trades and careers that could be someone's future:

Scholarship Banquet

Our marquee headline event. A red tie banquet fundraiser dinner with live auction and entertainment.

Rednecks & Rockers

Annual BBQ cook-off and battle of the bands fundraiser.

Scholarship Banquet & Gala

The crown jewel of our work - awarding young men and women financial scholarships to assist in obtaining education for future careers in trades and crafts.

A full evening of socalization, entertainment, a full meal, live & silent auction, awarding scholarships, and finishing with a dance.

This is a red tie event affording the full level of respect for our generous donors and hard working scholarship recepients.

Rednecks & Rockers

A celebration of food and music raising funds for our scholarship activities

BBQ teams are invited to submit competing food preparations in a variety of categories. A live and silent auction are held during the event.

Live entertainment from a rock band and a country band are continuous throughout with a battle of the bands at the end of the day.

We strive to assist young men and women of Bastrop County seeking assistance with pursuing their vocational education goals.
Is Jack of Hearts a non-profit organization?

Indeed it is! Jack of Hearts is officially organized as a not-for-profit entity in the State of Texas and all donations and contributions are tax deductible.
Are your events open to the public?

Our annual Scholarship Banquet and Rednecks & Rockers events are open to the general public. Please follow us on Facebook and here for the latest information.
How can I help?

The easiest way to help is to simply attend one of our annual events and generously donate knowing you'll be helping to enable the future of our youth who otherwise would struggle to achieve their dreams.
